Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
  • Conducting research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients
  • Research and generate lists of potential customers, checking eligibility/qualification criteria of the given leads
  • Observing and carrying out sales processes
  • Assisting managers with negotiations
  • Keeping a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
  • Prospecting potential customers: by phone, by email
  • Selling products or services to those clients
  • Managing a clientโ€™s portfolio
  • Managing sales process
  • Identifying new development channels
  • Follow-up of sales
  • Promoting the company and its product/service

Requirements:

  • Are available for full time
  • Are from Bhilai and neighbouring cities
  • Extensive sales experience (IT industry preferred)
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
  • Professional yet affable disposition
  • Neat, well-groomed appearance
  • Great networking skills
